Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Senior Living

Join our dynamic team as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Riderwood Village by Erickson Senior Living! We are seeking dedicated individuals who are passionate about providing clinical care to residents in a vibrant community dedicated to their well-being.

Available Shifts: Day, Evening, and Night shifts are currently open.

Compensation: $32.00 - $40.00 per hour, based on experience, with opportunities for additional shift differentials.

How You Will Make an Impact:

• Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families, focusing on personalized care across physical, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Assess and document residents' clinical conditions in electronic medical records, communicating with providers and RNs as necessary.
• Adapt care plans to meet changing resident needs.
• Lead and supervise care associates in delivering excellent service.
• Administer medications accurately and on time.
• Engage in discussions related to resident care outcomes.
• Respond to inquiries from residents and families professionally and promptly.
• Participate in clinical indicator reviews and other quality assessments.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the RN clinical leader.

What You Will Need:

• At least 1 year of experience in assisted living, home health, or long-term care.
• Current Maryland LPN License.
• CPR certification is required.
• A genuine passion for caring for seniors and advocating for their well-being.
• Experience with electronic medical records is preferred.
