Warehouse Associate

Rideau Supply is looking to fill the position of Warehouse Associate at our Perth Warehouse, under the direction of the Warehouse Supervisor, you will primarily be responsible for picking and packing orders, loading/unloading trucks, and general warehouse duties. The Warehouse Associate must have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent working experience.

• Heavy lifting required (50 lbs)
• Maintain organized work area according to policies, procedures, and safety regulations
• Pick, pack and inspect product for outgoing shipments
• Provide feedback to management regarding customer problems, mechanical problems, or delivery problems
• Adhere to established safe working procedures and wear the proper safety equipment at all times
• Compile, verify, record, and process documentation
• Put away product in the correct locations
• Report any discrepancies in inventory to management
• Operate lifting devices such as forklifts and hoists
• Manually load and unload materials from pallets, skids, platforms, cars, and lifting devices
• Tag, mark, or label stock items and ensure they are placed in correct storage location
• Must be willing to work outside in all weather conditions
• Follow all Policies and Procedures
• Follow all health and safety standards in day to day activities
• Maintain accuracy of order fulfillment
• Adhere to established safe working conditions and wear proper safety equipment at all times.
