Data Analyst- Power BI (Advanced)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and data models in Power BI.
• Analyze large volumes of data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into effective analytical solutions.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy.
• Create and document ETL processes (Extract, Transform, Load).
• Generate clear insights and recommendations based on quantitative analysis.
• Participate in meetings and presentations in English with global teams.
• Automate processes and continuously improve existing analytical solutions.

Qualification Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis or similar roles.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI: DAX, Power Query, data modeling, performance optimization.
• Experience with SQL (intermediate/advanced level).
• High level of English proficiency (C1 desirable); ability to communicate insights clearly.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Experience working with various business stakeholders.
