4+ years in IT / Digital Marketing Sales

About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Inside Sales Manager with strong experience in selling digital marketing services within the IT industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing the inside sales team, and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads for digital marketing services (SEO, SEM, Social Media, PPC, Web Development, etc.)
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure
  • Develop and execute inside sales strategies to meet revenue targets
  • Handle inbound and outbound sales activities (calls, emails, virtual demos)
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and key decision-makers
  • Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams to align sales strategies
  • Track sales metrics, prepare reports, and forecast pipeline
  • Mentor and guide inside sales executives to improve performance
  • Stay updated with digital marketing trends and competitor offerings

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in IT sales / digital marketing services sales
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing solutions (SEO, PPC, SMO, Email Marketing, etc.)
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Preferred Skills

  • Experience managing inside sales teams
  • Exposure to Domestic as well as international markets (US, UK, etc.)
  • Knowledge of lead generation tools and automation platforms
