On behalf of your clients, you’ll manage the day-to-day team through creating, iterating, and executing creative campaigns. You’ll foster a healthy team environment for creative work while adding the right balance of structure and process to help the team operate effectively.

You have a love for big ideas and you know how to get things done. You have a knack for building relationships, building the right processes – you’re a connector of ideas and people. You’re detail-oriented, highly organized, and know how to prioritize your time and effort across many projects and moving pieces.

The Opportunity

  • With the team, you’ll manage project execution to ensure processes are being followed and the projects ship on time, and on budget
  • Support the team in the management of tight deadlines and exceed client expectations with attention to detail and flawless execution
  • With support, review and manage project budgets responsibly
  • Support the creative team, and the cross-functional agency teams in delivering holistic marketing plans
  • Be an active contributor to a positive, innovative, collaborative, and cooperative work environment
  • Be action and solution-oriented
  • Ensure all communications reflect Rethink standards and contribute to a positive client experience

What you’ll bring:

  • 3 years experience in marketing or advertising
  • A passion for continuing to grow your craft
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as on a team
