Multi Unit Supervisor / Area Manager

We're looking for an experienced restaurant leader ready to take the next step into multi-unit leadership or an established Area Manager seeking a new challenge.

In this role, you'll oversee a small portfolio of restaurants, coach General Managers, and drive operational excellence across your market.

What You'll Do

• Lead the operations of 3 to 4 restaurant locations within the Philadelphia and Camden market.
• Coach, mentor, and develop General Managers to achieve operational and financial goals.
• Drive sales, profitability, labor management, food cost, and overall business performance.
• Conduct regular restaurant visits to ensure consistent execution of operational and service standards.
• Analyze business metrics and implement action plans that improve results.
• Partner with senior leadership to execute company initiatives and support market growth.
• Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing restaurant leaders.
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For

• Three or more years of successful General Manager experience in a high-volume restaurant environment. QSR Multi-unit experience is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop management teams.
• Strong understanding of P&L management, labor, food cost, inventory, and operational metrics.
• Proven track record of improving restaurant performance and developing talent.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ready to step into a multi-unit leadership role with confidence.
• Must live within approximately one hour of the Philadelphia or Camden market and be able to travel regularly between locations.
