You will be an individual contributor and will report directly to the Managing Director of Agency Sales and will own a defined territory of agencies and be accountable for building a high-quality pipeline, leading complex consultative conversations, and developing partnerships that unlock measurable value for both client and agency.  Key Responsibilities  <ul> <li>Identify, engage, and develop new agency relationships across holding companies and independent firms </li> <li>Lead strategic, insight-driven sales engagements with executives across strategy, media, analytics, and data </li> <li>Frame the agency’s most pressing challenges, build urgency, and guide prospects toward Resonate solutions </li> <li>Position Resonate as a long-term growth partner, not just a data vendor </li> <li>Collaborate with internal teams across product, solutions, and marketing to shape the right message and support execution </li> <li>Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management in Salesforce </li> <li>Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets, including new agency acquisition and revenue growth goals. </li> <li>This is a hybrid/remote role with travel as needed (approximately 30%) to client meetings, agency offices, and industry events </li> </ul>   Qualifications & Experience Requirements    <ul> <li>A proven enterprise seller with 5+ years of experience in marketing technology, data, SaaS, or analytics solutions, preferably into agencies or media firms </li> <li>Deep understanding of agency operating models, decision cycles, and the pressures they face from clients, competition, and market shifts </li> <li>Able to lead consultative sales conversations that challenge thinking and link Resonate’s platform to specific business outcomes </li> <li>Strategic, disciplined, and proactive — someone who thrives in high-accountability, performance-first cultures </li> <li>Adept at influencing senior decision-makers, aligning stakeholders, and driving urgency without over-selling </li> <li>Comfortable navigating ambiguity, reframing problems, and guiding prospects through complex buying processes </li> <li>Experienced with Salesforce and familiar with sales enablement tools and reporting best practices </li> </ul>   Personal Success Characteristics  <ul> <li>Passionate about empowering agencies with the tools they need to succeed in a changing world. </li> <li>Thrive on ownership, momentum, and consistent execution. </li> <li>Quick learner with curiosity about client data, workflows, and performance drivers. </li> <li>Resilient and adaptable to fast-paced environments. </li> <li>Energized by collaboration and shared success within a performance-first culture. </li> </ul>   Why This Role Matters Now  The pace of change in marketing has accelerated.
