Eligibility/Qualification–
PhD in Molecular Biology / Life Sciences/ Biotechnology with three years of experience in Cancer immunotherapies
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute cancer biology and molecular biology experiments.
- Lead research activities involving CRISPR/Cas systems, aptamer development, and biosensors.
- Perform and interpret NGS and bioinformatics analyses.
- Integrate microfluidic platforms with molecular sensing strategies.
- Supervise junior project staff and contribute to project planning and reporting.
- Prepare technical reports, manuscripts, and grant documentation.
Job/Position Description-
Applications are invited for the temporary post of Project Research Scientist – III [Non-Medical], Department of Engineering Design, IIT Madras.
Co-ordinator: Prof. Tuhin Subhra Santra, Department of Engineering Design.
Duration: Initially for one year, later extendable based on the performance.
Number of Vacancies: 01
Post Pay Project Research Scientist- III Rs. 78,000/- per month plus 30% HRA
The role requires independent research capability and contribution to high-impact translational outcomes.
