Job Description
As a Digital Marketing Executive at ReNote AI, a sustainable and innovative startup focused on smart reusable notebooks and an AI-powered mobile application, your role will involve strategic planning and hands-on execution across various platforms and audiences. You will be responsible for creating SEO-optimized content, managing social media presence, optimizing mobile app listings, planning and executing digital product launch campaigns, running performance marketing campaigns, analyzing metrics, identifying growth opportunities, collaborating with teams, implementing analytics, and staying updated with digital marketing trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create SEO-optimized content for the website, blogs, social media, and campaigns.
- Manage and grow social presence on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
- Optimize mobile app listings using ASO best practices.
- Plan and run ecommerce and digital product launch campaigns.
- Execute and optimize performance marketing campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads.
- Analyze campaign metrics and optimize based on KPIs like CPA, ROAS, CTR.
- Identify growth opportunities through A/B testing and data analysis.
- Collaborate with content and design teams to create high-performing ad creatives.
- Implement and manage analytics, conversion tracking, and reporting dashboards.
- Manage daily budgets and pacing to meet monthly targets.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing tools, trends, and platform changes.
- Assist in developing strategic digital marketing plans tailored to various audiences.
Qualifications Required:
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing and optimization strategies.
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics, UTM tracking, and conversion funnels.
- Creative thinking with a good eye for ad visuals and messaging.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with lead generation and ecommerce campaigns.
- Knowledge of growth hacking strategies and tools.
- Prior experience in mobile app marketing is a plus.
- Proficiency in content writing and social media marketing.
- Familiarity with ASO and web analytics tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a startup team environment.
