This role is ideal for a creative, hands‑on marketer who enjoys storytelling, design, and collaborating on campaigns that connect with customers, dealers, and partners. Create engaging written, visual, and video content for social media, websites, email, and print Develop compelling product stories and brand messaging Design marketing materials such as brochures, ads, banners, and digital assets using Adobe Creative Suite Manage and update website content and support SEO efforts Plan, shoot, and edit video content for marketing and dealer use Manage and grow social media channels and support paid advertising campaigns Coordinate and support marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotions Assist with boat shows, dealer meetings, and promotional events Track marketing performance and provide insights for continuous improvement 2+ years of marketing experience (marine or manufacturing industry a plus) ~ Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills ~ Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) ~ Experience with social media platforms and digital marketing ~ Familiarity with SEO, analytics tools, and basic HTML/CSS ~ Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects ~ Creative, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively ~ Interest or knowledge of boating or marine products is a bonus Work with respected, well‑known boating brands Hands‑on role with creative ownership and variety Opportunity to grow and shape brand storytelling in a passionate industry Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance ~Life Insurance ~ Paid Company Holidays ~ Employee Assistance Program
