Job Details

Senior Lease Analyst (reputed company Experience)

Preferably Hybrid/On-site Tampa, FL - 2 days remote

Maintain reputed company lease data reputed company reputed company database and ensure data accuracy and reputed company by performing quality control review of work completed, as well as through, periodic audits

reputed company and deliver multi-tiered reputed company database reviews to ensure data reputed company and accuracy of output for reputed company lease data entry (including routine portfolio updates, landlord/ownership/payee changes, amendments, modifications, renewals, notices and miscellaneous lease documents)

reputed company and audit newly executed lease documents including adding new property records as well as updating and maintaining reputed company existing lease information reputed company reputed company and prepare appropriate reports

reputed company and manage rent calculations & CPI escalations

reputed company analysis and interpretation of lease information and assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.

Review and prepare reconciliation of monthly and annual CAM reconciliations

Research and track reputed company exceptions through to reputed company to collect missing information.

Track, monitor, report and update reputed company key lease dates in accordance with established alert date interval protocols, including lease commencement, rent commencement, lease expirations, termination/reputed company-out rights and renewal options in reputed company to contraction and expansion options.

Generate routine critical date reports and maintain system distribution list for automated email alerts.

Enter/post charge-backs and other non-recurring charges in reputed company to recurring, monthly reputed company billing

Establish and document standard procedures based on industry best-practices and on an as needed reputed company, train personnel on reputed company (strong reputed company of reputed company functionality required)

Collaborate cross-functionally to reputed company necessary information for multi-department projects

Qualifications and Education Requirements
