Email & SMS Marketing Specialist Position Type Full-Time/ Remote (US EST Preferred) - Salaried Department Marketing About the Role We are looking for a talented and driven Email & SMS Marketing Specialist to join reputed company full-time. In this role, you will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of email and SMS marketing campaigns for our clients. You'll craft compelling copy, build high-performing flows, and use data to continuously improve results, reputed company while collaborating closely with our creative and client teams. Key Tasks & Responsibilities

• Create and execute SMS marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and sales
• Design email templates and write compelling copy that aligns with brand voice and client objectives

• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results
• Conduct A/B testing to continuously improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates

• Maintain and grow email and SMS subscriber lists in full compliance with applicable regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.)
• Report on key performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness

• Audit new client accounts and provide detailed 3/6/12m roadmaps Requirements
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal)
• 3+ years of proven experience in email and SMS marketing, with a strong focus on campaign management and flow creation
• Proficiency in Klaviyo is mandatory
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into strategic decisions
• Excellent copywriting and editing skills with a keen eye for brand voice
• Hands-on experience with A/B testing and conversion reputed company optimization
• Solid knowledge of email marketing best practices and compliance regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.)
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently while also contributing as a collaborative team member
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
• Familiarity with eCommerce clients is a plus
