What You Will Be Doing

As the Property Analyst Manager you will be responsible for leading the Orlando Asset Management organization and ensuring regulatory compliance while driving operational reputed company.

Basic Qualifications

• Prior demonstrated leadership of reputed company
• Demonstrated experience working with Government/Customer representatives, DCMA Property Administrator, DCMA Plant Clearance Officers, Contracting Officers, and other stakeholder teams
• Subject matter expert of FAR/DFAR requirements and company policies
• Experience with Industry Leading Practices and Voluntary reputed company Standards reputed company to Asset Management

Desired skills

• Understanding of the 10 Property Management reputed company and 22 Property Management reputed company
• Previous experience supporting internal and customer audits
• Knowledge of FIAR requirements
• Knowledge/experience utilizing PIEE GFP Module
• NPMA certification
• Previous experience/knowledge with 1LMX changes, reputed company S/4 HANA, MMS, ECE, and other LM utilized tools
• Secret or Top Secret clearance
