Location: Sector 32, Gurugram

Compensation: 40,000/- in hand (Fixed) + Uncapped Incentives

Working Days: 6 Days working. Mon - Fri WFO and Sat is WFH.

Experience: 1-3 years (Motivated Freshers are welcome to apply)

We are looking for a passionate and driven Sales Associate to join our client's Business Development Team. You will be the face of the company, cold calling customers and guiding them through their purchase journey, building lasting relationships, and helping achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate has a genuine love for sneakers and streetwear culture, excellent interpersonal skills, and a drive to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

Customer Engagement

  • Cold Call, and assist leads with product discovery and purchase decisions.
  • Provide in-depth product knowledge on sneakers, apparel, and accessories.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend products suited to their style and budget.

Sales & Target Achievement

  • Meet and exceed individual monthly sales targets.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products to maximise transaction value.

Brand Representation

  • Stay updated on sneaker releases, streetwear trends, and brand developments.
  • Actively contribute to a positive, high-energy in-office culture.
  • Represent Culture Circle values - authenticity, passion, and style - in every interaction.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree is required (Minimum).
  • 0-2 years of sales experience, preferably in fashion, footwear, or lifestyle.
  • Genuine passion for sneakers, streetwear, and youth culture.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written).
