Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Operational Support & Troubleshooting

• Provide technical assistance to production teams to resolve line issues promptly.
• Monitor equipment performance and coordinate with maintenance for corrective actions.
• Assist in implementing process changes to improve productivity and reduce downtime.

2. Project Coordination

• Support the planning, budgeting, and execution of capital and process improvement projects.
• Coordinate with vendors for RFQ preparation, technical evaluation, and purchase orders.
• Track project timelines, milestones, and costs to ensure successful delivery.

3. MES & Data Handling

• Assist in updating and maintaining MES (Manufacturing Execution System) data managing updation of Receipe data sheet.
• Ensure accuracy of production and quality data for reporting and decision-making.

4. Process Engineering & Documentation

• Support PFMEA, Control Plan, and SOP preparation for assembly and sub-assembly lines.
• Assist in plant layout changes and line balancing studies.
• Maintain up-to-date process documentation for audits and compliance.

5. New Product Development (NPD) Support

• Participate in NPI projects by preparing process plans and tooling requirements.
• Coordinate trials, validations, and initial production runs for new products.

6. Safety, Quality, and Compliance

• Assist in closing safety observations and implementing preventive measures.
• Monitor quality metrics and participate in root cause analysis for defects.
• Ensure compliance with QMS, ISO, and other regulatory requirements.

7. Continuous Improvement

• Identify opportunities for low-cost automation and productivity enhancements.
• Conduct small-scale Kaizen projects to eliminate waste and improve efficiency.
• Support cost-saving initiatives in material handling and tooling.

8. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work with production, quality, supply chain, and maintenance teams to solve operational issues.
• Act as a link between shop floor teams and senior management for project updates.
