Job Description
Reddit is seeking a strategic, outcome-driven leader to build and scale our 3rd Party Partnerships function. This Director will be responsible for identifying, operationalizing, and growing key partnerships that unlock revenue and accelerate product adoption across Reddit’s global ads business. You will work closely with our Business Development (BD) team to drive measurable business outcomes after the partnership deal and product integrations have been secured. This leader will build the strategy for activating high-impact partners (e.g. API/Enterprise, Lead Generation/Mid-Market, and Measurement), which includes aligning cross-functional teams and establishing and scaling systems and programs for long-term success. This leader will report to the Executive for Global Agency Development & Partnerships.
This role is required to be based in New York, NY.
What You'll Do:
- Own our 3rd Party Partner Relationships: Unlock long-term value across key categories post-commercial agreements & product integration
- Drive Partner Activation: Translate partnerships into scalable revenue engines through onboarding, internal enablement, and post-deal operationalization
- Build the Playbook: Develop frameworks for goal-setting, tracking, incentivization, and quarterly/annual partner planning that align to Reddit’s GTM priorities
- Coordinate Cross-Functionally: Align Product, Marketing, Sales, and BizOps to ensure partnerships are integrated into workflows, sales motions, and roadmaps
- Enable Sales & Success Teams: Equip frontline teams with the tools, messaging, and incentives needed to activate and scale through 3rd party partners
- Identify & Prioritize Opportunities: Evaluate potential partners based on ability to drive measurable revenue impact, working closely with internal leaders to assess business needs
Qualifications:
- 15+ years of experience in GTM partnerships, partner marketing, strategic alliances, or platform partnerships preferably in AdTech, MarTech, or eCommerce
- 10+ years of people management experience, including leading an org to achieve revenue targets
- Proven experience activating and scaling partnerships
- Experience building operational plans and scaling 3P partnership programs, managing integrations, and held to revenue accountability
- Strong cross-functional leadership: comfortable aligning stakeholders across BD, Product, Marketing, Sales and Revenue Strategy
- Strategic and structured: You know how to turn a vision into a repeatable, trackable model that scales
- Deep understanding of B2B tech partnerships and how they unlock value for sales teams and clients
- Bonus points for experience working with platform partners like: Shopify, Woo, Criteo, Adobe, Smartly, Klaviyo, Snowflake
