Job Description
As a Technical Account Manager at Red Hat, you will provide premium advisory-based support to enterprise customers covering Middleware and Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform. Your role involves tailoring support for each customer's environment, collaborating with their vendors, and advocating on their behalf. You will work closely with various teams to debug, test, and resolve issues efficiently.
- Develop and support implementation of solutions for complex technical challenges
- Perform initial or secondary investigations and respond to support requests
- Contribute to best practices and internal training materials
- Engage with field teams and customers to ensure a positive product experience
- Work with product engineering teams to develop solution patterns based on customer engagements
- Share knowledge with team members and serve as a subject matter expert
- Travel to visit customers, partners, and events as needed
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor's degree in science or a technical field
- Competent reading and writing skills in English
- Ability to effectively manage and grow enterprise customers
- Middleware experience, Java coding skills, and knowledge of JEE platform
- Hands-on experience with Java application platform, Kafka, JBoss, WebSphere, etc.
- Experience in Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform or Kubernetes
- Understanding of RHOCP Architecture & troubleshooting
- Indian citizenship or authorization to work in India
