Brief DescriptionWe are seeking a Desktop Publisher to support the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) CIO, IT Integration Division (CIO-1). This position provides senior-level editorial and communications support across the CIO enterprise, managing the production and quality of written communications, marketing content, and strategic messaging while driving process improvements and project delivery.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement integrated media plans, advertising, marketing campaigns, and creative strategies, managing the production of communications products across the CIO enterprise.Manage project documentation, lead team meetings, drive process improvements, and ensure quality and consistency in all editorial and communications deliverables.Review, edit, and proofread CIO products including instructions, guidance, white papers, briefings, and official correspondence, ensuring adherence to the DIA Style Manual for Intelligence Production, 508 Accessibility compliance, and DIA briefing templates.Collaborate with leadership and technical teams to define strategic communications roadmaps, oversee content integration, and ensure compliance with Agency editorial and publication standards.Required QualificationsActive TS/SCI clearance (CI Poly preferred).Minimum 8 years of experience in communications, technical editing, project management, or a closely related field, with at least a portion of that experience within the last 2 years.Master's degree in Communications, English, Journalism, Project Management, or a related discipline from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education; OR a Bachelor's degree in a related field plus an additional 5 years of related senior experience (13 years total) may be substituted in lieu of a Master's degree.In-depth knowledge of editorial standards, style guides, and publication processes within DoD or Intelligence Community organizations.Company DescriptionThe Red Gate Group, founded in 2006, is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Company based in Chantilly, VA.
