Job Description
Our client, a fast-growing clean technology and industrial service company accelerating the transition toward a low-carbon economy, is looking for a Senior Field Service Technician to support clients across the GTA West and surrounding Ontario region.
This is a high-impact field role for an experienced compressed air specialist who thrives on troubleshooting, commissioning, and solving complex electrical, PLC, mechanical, and pneumatic issues directly at client sites.
You will support mission-critical industrial compressed air systems while working with advanced equipment, strong manufacturer support, and a fully stocked service vehicle.

What you’ll be doing
- install, start-up and commission air compressors and treatment systems
- troubleshoot electrical, PLC, pneumatic and mechanical issues
- perform preventive maintenance on compressors, dryers and downstream systems
- diagnose failures and recommend system improvements
- support turnkey installations and retrofits
- document service work and provide clear client updates
- collaborate with other skilled trades when needed
- maintain service vehicle, parts and tools
- provide best-in-class customer service on industrial sites
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years servicing compressed air systems
- strong electrical and electronic troubleshooting
- excellent understanding of compressors, dryers and air treatment systems
- ability to read schematics and wiring diagrams
- valid Ontario driver’s license with clean abstract
- strong autonomy and customer-facing professionalism
- open to on-call rotation
- mechanically and electrically strong
- hands-on with tools, diagnostics and field repairs
