Recoversy is a financial consultancy specialising in the search and recovery of unclaimed and forgotten investments shares, dividends, and dormant assets. We operate India's first self-serve unclaimed asset search platform, where anyone can look up assets sitting dormant under their name across 3,200+ listed and unlisted companies. It's a domain most people don't know exists, which makes the work genuinely interesting for the right person.

The Role

We're looking for a Case Manager to own the complete recovery cycle for each client from onboarding to final settlement. You'll be the single point of contact for the client while simultaneously coordinating with companies, registrars, IEPF authorities, and other stakeholders. This is a hands-on, process-driven role that requires equal comfort with documentation, client communication, and follow-through.

What You'll Do

• Own a portfolio of active recovery cases and drive each one through to closure
• Act as the primary liaison between clients, companies, RTAs/registrars, and regulatory authorities
• Prepare, review, and dispatch case documents within stipulated timelines
• Keep clients updated at every stage and resolve queries without escalation where possible
• Manage client payment processes and close interactions with third-party administrators
• Maintain accurate case records and update internal trackers consistently

What We're Looking For

• Sound understanding of the Indian stock market, listed securities, and corporate actions this is non-negotiable
• Strong written and verbal communication in English you will be drafting correspondence and speaking with clients daily
• Organised and detail-oriented incomplete documents or missed deadlines directly stall client cases
• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously without losing track of any
• Self-starter who takes ownership without needing constant follow-up

Good to Have

• Prior experience in financial services, client servicing, or operations
• Familiarity with IEPF, NCLT, or RTA processes
