The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Pelvic Floor Physiotherapist who wants to build, grow, and lead this service within our clinic.

This is an ideal role for someone who:

What You’ll Be Treating

Urinary incontinence (stress, urge, mixed)
Pelvic pain conditions
Pre/post-natal care
Pelvic organ prolapse
Post-surgical pelvic rehab
Core dysfunction & return to exercise
Sexual dysfunction (pain-related)

You’ll have strong internal referrals from our existing chiro, physio, and RMT team.

Bonus (Not Required, But Valuable)

Experience with pre/postnatal populations
Acupuncture or dry needling certification
Interest in building personal brand/content (we’ll support this heavily)

Compensation

$90,000 – $140,000+ annually (based on caseload)
Performance-based growth structure
High earning potential with strong clinic demand
