As a Service Desk Analyst Level 1 at our company, you will be a crucial part of the centralized IT Service Desk, catering to the needs of clinical and corporate users at various locations. Your primary responsibility will involve being the initial point of contact for IT support, where you will handle the logging, troubleshooting, and resolution of technical issues related to hardware, software, accounts, and enterprise applications.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Receive and log incidents and service requests through phone calls, ITSM portal, and chat channels.
- Properly categorize, prioritize, and document all tickets for efficient resolution.
- Maintain detailed documentation of troubleshooting steps taken and updates on resolutions.
- Provide initial support for common issues such as password resets.
**Qualifications Required:**
- Previous experience in IT helpdesk or service desk environments.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to thrive in a high-pressure support environment.
