â— Attend to the mental health needs of patients in

the ICU

â— Design strategies and techniques to relieve

stress,anxiety and worry of patients in the ICU

â— Post care treatment to patients released from

the ICU

<\/div>

â— Meeting and providing therapy to the

caregivers/attenders of the ICU patients

<\/div>

â— Need based regular followup for

caregivers/attenders

<\/div>

â— Speaking and assisting the ICU staff - - Doctors,

Nurses and Non -Medical Staff in case of burnout

or emotional distress

â— Establishing a system of efficient communication

with/within the ICU staff

â— Designing and conducting monthly trainings for
