The Intune Administrator role will be responsible for managing and maintaining Core IT Infrastructure of Confidential company, with technical expertise in M365 and Intune Administration. Knowledge of CrowdStrike, Mimecast, Meraki, ISO 27001 and GDPR would be valuable. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to various applications and Microsoft 365 services would be BAU. Quickly learning and developing current skills would be expected.Responsibilities:
Resolving tickets and implementing changes related to Intune and all M365 apps. Will to learn, troubleshoot and resolve JAMF and MacBook-related issues.
Improving Intune, Increasing Entra ID Security Score, Conditional Access and Security Policies, Email Security and Network security.
Manage email authentication protocols (DKIM, DMARC, SPF) for enhanced security.
Hands-on expertise in monitoring email traffic, troubleshooting email delivery issues, managing quarantines, and responding to security incidents using the Mimecast Admin Console.
Drive continuous learning and improvement in Intune, Entra Security Score, and complete M365 Suite.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in Intune, M365, Mimecast and ISO 27001.
