Role Overview

We are looking for a Chat Support Representative for an e-commerce BPO environment. The role involves assisting customers through chat and email while maintaining clear and professional communication throughout each interaction.

Location and Relocation

This position is based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Candidates should be open to relocating there for the role.

Working Hours

The shift pattern is rotational, including night shifts.

Compensation

The pay range for this position is INR 26,000 to INR 40,000 per month. In addition, a night shift allowance of INR 40 per hour is provided, which can add approximately INR 2,000 to INR 8,000 extra.
