Job Title: Store Manager - Cake Store

Location: Hyderabad(Madhapur)

Employment Type: Full-time

Shift Timing: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Accommodation: Available (for Male candidates only)

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Cake Store. You’ll manage inventory, customer service, finances, and staff, ensuring the store runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory & Stock Management: Ensure products are always in stock, track orders, and maintain organized inventory.
• Financial Oversight: Process invoices, manage budgets, and track payments. Address billing issues and provide financial reports.
• Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
• Staff Supervision: Lead and train the team, schedule shifts, and evaluate staff performance.
• Sales & Promotions: Promote store products, special offers, and seasonal items.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in store management, preferably in retail or bakery.
• Should be able to Speak and Understand Hindi.
• Strong skills in inventory management, financial tracking, and customer service.
• Leadership abilities and excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of cakes and bakery products is a plus.
• Must Have Experience in Team Handling , Team Leading and Team Coordination
• Must be Able to Speak in English,Hindi,Telugu.
