Documentation
·Drafting of legal documentation for entities such as lenders, service providers, vendors, etc. in line with extant
regulations so as to protect the company interests
·Vetting of legal documentation received from entities such as lenders, service providers, vendors, etc. in line with extant
regulations so as to protect the company interests
·Negotiations of term and conditions of legal documentation with entities such as lenders, service providers, vendors,
etc. in line with extant regulations so as to protect the company interests
External & Internal Coordination
·Liaising with Legal Firms: Effectively liaising with, instructing, and managing external legal counsels/law firms for
specific or specialized opinions, while ensuring good cost control.
·Coordination with Institutions: Coordinating with banks, financial institutions, and leading institutions regarding funding,
security documentation, charge creation, and regulatory requirements.
Litigation & Issue Management
·Proactively addressing and resolving any legal matters (both litigation and non-litigation) that may arise, while providing
a sound legal advice.
Regulatory
·Keeping abreast of regulatory landscape and proactively advising the management on course of action to be taken
·Where required by the company, liaising or representing company with the relevant regulatory bodies.
·Ensuring legal compliance at all times of company legal documents such as agreements, forms, formats, websites etc.
