Junior Full Stack Developer

Focus Implementation, Feature Delivery, Code Quality, Cross-System Integration

Key Responsibilities:

• Feature Development: Implement and deploy new features across server-side (PHP/Laravel) and
• front-end (React) systems.
• API Design: Develop and optimize RESTful and GraphQL APIs for seamless integration across services.
• Database Engineering: Write optimized SQL queries and manage schema evolution in
• MySQL/PostgreSQL.
• Performance & Reliability: Contribute to performance tuning, monitoring, and incident analysis.
• Mentorship: Support and review code for L1 engineers, ensuring adherence to standards and promoting learning.

Required Expertise:

• Proficiency in PHP, MVC frameworks (Laravel/Symfony), and modern JavaScript (React).
• Experience with Docker; exposure to Kubernetes is a plus.
• Familiarity with Git, GitHub Actions, and automated testing (unit, integration).
• Solid understanding of software engineering best practices and clean code principles.
• Preferred / Nice-to-Have:
• Prior work experience in US healthcare or insurance benefits platforms.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, EDI formats (270/271, 837, 835), and healthcare interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7).
• Understanding of claims lifecycle, eligibility, and enrollment processes.
