Who we are looking for

The Staff Accountant will be responsible for the day-to-day accounting and finance functions and the month-end close process. The position requires a highly motivated, “roll-up your sleeves” professional for Re:Build Manufacturing Headquarters based out of Framingham, MA. The primary responsibility will focus on accounts payable, employee expense reimbursements, intercompany transactions and daily cash reconciliations. This is a very hands-on role and one where in addition to standard daily tasks, there will be special projects to assist with or manage.

What you get to do

• Receive, verify, and process AP invoices using Ramp
• Process employee expense reports, review for accuracy of coding, verify approval and in line with policy using Ramp
• Vendor setup & maintenance
• Support weekly payment runs
• Daily Cash Reconciliation
• Support the month-end close
• Prepare 1099s at year-end and obtain W-9s as needed.
• Complete ad-hoc projects as assigned

What you bring to the Team

• 4+ years of overall accounting experience
• 4-year Undergraduate Degree, preferably in accounting

The hourly rate for this position is $30- $45. This range represents the Company’s good faith estimate of the base compensation for this role at the time of posting.  Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, qualifications, internal equity, and geographic location. In addition to hourly rate, this role may be eligible for annual incentive compensation and/or long-term incentives, subject to Company plans.
