What you will do
(Responsibilities increase as you progress from L1 to L5)

Install machinery and equipment using layout plans, blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.

Dismantle, move, assemble, and install machinery using hoists, dollies, lifts, rollers, and rigging equipment.

Precisely align machinery (shafts, conveyors, motors, gearboxes, mechanical systems) using micrometers, squares, optical alignment tools, plumb bobs, rules, and other precision instruments.

Bolt, weld, rivet, and fasten components to foundations or supporting structures.

Operate lathes, mills, and other shop machining equipment as needed.

Perform rigging and crane work safely and efficiently; advanced rigging is a plus.

Assist in mechanical troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance activities.

Maintain awareness of construction and industrial site hazards; follow OSHA and company safety standards.

Display a high level of craftsmanship and strong work ethic in all tasks.
What you will bring to the team

Physically capable of climbing, lifting heavy objects, working from heights, and entering confined spaces.

Ability to work in hot, cold, and outdoor environments in all weather conditions.

Ability to read and write in English and understand mechanical drawings.

Basic computer and communication skills.

Regular full-time availability, working a 40-hour day schedule.

Willingness to work overtime or flexible hours as required.

Experience working as a millwright, mechanic, or industrial installer is helpful; advanced roles (L4–L5) require demonstrated mastery.
The hourly rate for this position is $27.00 - $55.00. This range represents the Company’s good faith estimate of the base compensation for this role at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, qualifications, internal equity, and geographic location. In addition to hourly rate, this role may be eligible for annual incentive compensation and/or long-term incentives, subject to Company plans. The Company offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
