We are looking for a growth-minded Product Manager to sit at the intersection of engineering, data, AI, market strategy. This isn't a marketing support role; you are the architect of a technical growth engine, building the consumer-facing products that drive adoption and scale. You will own the marketing strategy, creative direction, and optimization cycles for the products and systems you build.
Leading a multidisciplinary squad of agency partners, data scientists, and business stakeholders, you will tackle one of our most critical challenges: innovating new, seamless ways to convert potential homebuyers. You’ll have the autonomy to experiment, the data to move fast, and the resources to drive massive, measurable impact on our business trajectory.
What You’ll Do:
- Own the end-to-end development and performance of growth marketing platforms (Meta, TikTok, Reddit, etc.), from strategy and system design through execution, measurement, and optimization for buyer, seller, and rental lines of business.
- Identify, design, and launch new marketing products that leverage automation and AI to expand growth capacity, such as systems that accelerate creative production, campaign creation, and experimentation across channels.
- Build and evolve core platforms for media automation, bidding, budget management, and performance optimization
- Partner with Marketing, Analytics, Data Science, and Engineering to design and deliver high-impact growth capabilities across paid channels (SEM, Paid Social, Video, App)
- Translate business and marketing objectives into measurable product outcomes through experimentation, automation, and improved data quality
- Lead product discovery and agile delivery, shipping incremental value while building durable, extensible marketing infrastructure
- Develop AI-enabled and LLM-first workflows that improve decision-making, efficiency, and learning velocity across media programs
- Communicate priorities, progress, and trade-offs clearly to senior stakeholders and cross-functional partners
- Collaborate with external platform partners (e.g., Google, Meta, Apple) to ensure strong integrations and adoption of best practices
- Ensure operational excellence of growth marketing systems, proactively identifying and resolving issues that impact performance or reliability

We balance creativity and innovation on a foundation of in-person collaboration. For most roles, our employees work three or more days in our offices, where they have the opportunity to collaborate in-person, adding richness to our culture and knitting us closer together.

- Highly analytical, with a deep interest in experimentation, attribution, and incremental measurement
- Skilled at translating complex, manual marketing processes into automated, repeatable systems
- A strong collaborator who can influence across teams and align stakeholders around shared growth outcomes

- 8+ years of experience in marketing operations, data enablement, or marketing technology, with a focus on building systems that support marketing teams.
