Role Overview

We are looking for a highly execution-focused PPC Subject Matter Expert with deep expertise in performance marketing for eCommerce brands.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment, takes complete ownership of campaigns, and drives measurable revenue growth through paid channels. Alongside execution, the role also involves guiding junior team members and ensuring overall campaign quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities1. End-to-End Campaign Execution (Core Focus)

  • Independently plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads
  • Take complete ownership of campaign setup, scaling, and daily optimization
  • Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and performance improvements with a strong focus on ROI
  • Execute A/B testing, audience segmentation, creatives testing, and funnel optimization
  • Ensure timely execution of campaigns aligned with business goals and timelines

2. eCommerce Performance Marketing (Mandatory Expertise)

  • Manage and scale campaigns for eCommerce/D2C brands
  • Hands-on experience with:
  • Google Shopping & Performance Max campaigns
  • Product feeds & Merchant Center
  • Dynamic remarketing & catalog ads
  • Drive improvements in ROAS, CPA, AOV, and conversion rates
  • Align campaigns with inventory cycles, offers, and seasonal sales

3. Performance Ownership & Optimization

  • Monitor campaign performance daily and take quick data-driven decisions
  • Identify growth opportunities and implement scaling strategies
  • Troubleshoot performance drops and proactively optimize campaigns
  • Ensure best practices across all accounts and platforms

4. Guidance & Quality Control

  • Provide direction and support to junior team members on campaign execution
  • Review work to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and performance standards
  • Share insights, learnings, and best practices within the team

5. Reporting & Analytics

  • Track and report key metrics: ROAS, CPA, CTR, Conversion Rate, Revenue
  • Build and present performance reports with actionable insights
  • Ensure proper tracking using Google Analytics, GTM, and pixels

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in PPC / Performance Marketing
  • Mandatory experience managing eCommerce brands (D2C preferred)
  • Strong expertise in:
  • Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max)
  • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Proven track record of executing and scaling campaigns with strong ROI
  • Highly execution-driven with strong attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Good to Have

  • Experience with Amazon Ads / marketplace advertising
  • Exposure to CRO and landing page optimization
  • Certifications in Google Ads / Meta
