This opportunity is best suited for consultative sales professionals who operate well independently and treat their territory like their own business.

  • Industry Experience: Proven track record selling B2B software, marketing services, or technology specifically to real estate agents, brokers, or teams (or prior experience as a licensed real estate professional).
  • Closing Capabilities: Ability to lead high-value, consultative software demonstrations, build immediate trust with high-earning professionals, and navigate deals ranging from $10,000 to $50,000+ in annual contract value.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: Strong self-discipline, pipeline management skills, and a desire for an uncapped, performance-driven income rather than a traditional salaried role.
