The Opportunity

We are growing and looking for motivated, community-oriented real estate agents to join E|A Real Estate Collective in Kitchener-Waterloo.

This is not a position where you show up and figure it out alone. This is a fully supported role with the infrastructure, systems, training, and community already built and ready for you to plug into from day one.

• Licensed Realtor® in Ontario in good standing
• Full-time commitment to your real estate business
• Self-motivated and coachable - you take direction and run with it

This Role Is NOT For

Requirements

• Valid Ontario real estate license (RECO registered)
• Active and in good standing with your local board
• Access to a reliable computer and internet connection
• Willingness to engage with team platform and attend weekly online or in person meetings

Compensation

• Commission-based
• Competitive split through Real Brokerage
• Small monthly platform fee covers all tools, systems, platform, marketing assets, and admin support
