Role Description

We are looking for a driven Learning & Development Specialist to design and deliver training programs across the organization, with a key focus on building sales capability and improving team performance.

The role requires a good understanding of sales processes, the ability to translate business needs into effective training, and a passion for building high-performing teams in a fast-paced edtech environment. development.

Key Responsibilities

· Design and deliver onboarding and ongoing training programs for sales teams

· Identify skill gaps and drive targeted learning interventions across the sales lifecycle

· Deliver training on sales fundamentals, product knowledge, and customer engagement

· Partner with sales leaders to drive performance through coaching and feedback

· Develop and manage training content including playbooks and learning modules

· Lead organization-wide learning initiatives (behavioral and functional)

· Measure training effectiveness and link outcomes to business metrics

· Track and maintain training data, participation, and performance insights

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align learning with business goals

Required Competencies

· Strong understanding of sales processes and conversion drivers

· Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills

· Ability to design and deliver impactful learning programs.

· Analytical mindset with the ability to measure training effectiveness

· Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills

· Proficiency in LMS tools, CRM systems, and MS Office / Google Workspace

· High ownership, adaptability, and a performance-driven mindset
