Head of Client Success — Rapid Product Growth

We’re hiring a Head of Client Success to be the strategic partner that CEOs of multi-million dollar B2B companies call when they’re ready to double, exit, or finally break the ceiling they’ve been stuck under.
The role
You’ll own the strategic relationship with our roster of B2B SaaS and consulting firms. Weekly working sessions with the CEO. Real consulting on marketing, sales process, and the moves that actually compound. This is the seat next to the founder when they’re making the decisions that determine whether the next 12 months produce a 2x or another flat year.
This is not account management. There’s no team of contractors under you to wrangle. It’s you, the CEO, and the work. You bring the strategic brain and the judgment. The outcomes do the talking.

What you’ll actually do
- Run weekly working sessions with CEOs on growth strategy, sales process, and offer
- Diagnose what’s actually broken in the pipeline and prescribe the fix
- Pressure-test the CEO’s thinking when they’re about to make an expensive mistake
- Help clients prepare their company for a sale or capital event when that’s the goal
- Renew and expand engagements because clients are getting results, not because of the relationship
Who this is built for
Current or former agency owners and senior operators. You’ve already sat across from founders. You’ve already navigated the politics, the scope conversations, the moments where the CEO is wrong and someone has to say it. You can read a P&L and a CEO’s mood in the same meeting.
If you’ve been running your own shop and you’re tired of carrying the whole operation just to do the part you actually love, this role is built for you. You keep the strategic work. We handle everything else.
You probably bring
- 5+ years advising B2B founders on revenue, marketing, or growth strategy
- Real fluency in offer design, sales process, and pipeline economics
- A track record of producing measurable outcomes for clients, not just deliverables
- Experience guiding companies through scale, capital events, or acquisition prep
- The confidence to tell a CEO they’re wrong and the diplomacy to be heard
You’re probably not the fit if
- You’re a career CSM from a SaaS product role looking for the next ladder rung
- You need a playbook before every client conversation
- You want a fixed 9 to 5 with predictable scope
- You think “client success” means sending QBR slides and renewal reminders
Compensation
$75K to $165K in year one. Base plus performance. Uncapped growth potential as your book expands and our roster scales.
