Job Description
We’re seeking a Principal Treasury Systems & Data Consultant for a fully remote engagement supporting a major Treasury Management System (TMS) transformation. This role is ideal for a senior consultant with strong Treasury domain expertise and hands-on experience with SaaS-based Treasury Management Systems, data mapping, and system integrations. You’ll work closely with Treasury and data teams to define and map data, support integrations into an Enterprise Data Platform, and help transition reporting to tools like Power BI and TM1. This is a great opportunity for someone who excels at translating complex Treasury requirements into clear data and system solutions while supporting testing, data quality, and overall transition success.

Responsibilities
- Support the transition from a legacy on premise Treasury Management System to a SaaS based platform
- Provide Treasury subject matter expertise to guide system design, data, and reporting decisions
- Analyze existing reports and map data elements to current and future system structures
- Create and maintain detailed data mapping and transformation documentation
- Design data extracts and support integration with the Enterprise Data Platform
- Collaborate with data teams to develop, test, and implement data and reporting solutions
- Support testing, data validation, and reconciliation activities
- Identify and resolve data quality issues during transition and cutover
- Assist with rebuilding reports in Power BI and TM1 and support user adoption
Qualifications
- Proven experience with Treasury Management Systems, ideally including SaaS based platforms
- Strong background in data analysis, data mapping, and system integrations
- Solid understanding of Treasury operations, financial instruments, and reporting requirements
- Experience working with Enterprise Data Platforms or large scale data environments
- Ability to clearly document, communicate, and translate complex business and technical requirements
- Experience supporting testing, data validation, and reconciliation activities
- Hands on experience with reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI, TM1, or similar
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work across Treasury, business, and technical teams
