Role Overview

We are looking for a data-driven SEO & Automation Expert who can drive organic growth at scale by combining search engine optimization, content intelligence, and marketing automation.

This role is responsible for:

  • Building a strong organic acquisition engine
  • Automating lead capture, nurturing, reporting, and workflows
  • Reducing manual effort while increasing efficiency, conversions, and ROI

The ideal candidate understands that SEO without automation is slow and automation without strategy is wasteful.

Key Responsibilities

1. SEO Strategy & Execution

SEO Planning & Growth

  • Own the end-to-end SEO strategy (technical, on-page, off-page)
  • Build keyword and content strategies aligned with business goals
  • Drive organic traffic for:
  • Website
  • Landing pages
  • Blogs
  • Program & course pages
  • Focus on high-intent keywords (parents, schools, students, decision-makers)

On-Page & Technical SEO

  • Optimize:
  • Website structure, URLs, meta tags, headers
  • Page speed, Core Web Vitals, mobile responsiveness
  • Conduct regular technical SEO audits
  • Work with developers to fix crawl, index, and performance issues

Content & SEO Integration

  • Collaborate with content team to:
  • Optimize blogs, pages, and long-form content
  • Build internal linking structures
  • Ensure content is SEO-friendly but human-first
  • Track keyword rankings, traffic, and conversions

Off-Page SEO

  • Plan and execute ethical link-building strategies
  • Identify backlink opportunities via:
  • PR
  • Guest posts
  • Partnerships
  • Monitor backlink health and competitor strategies

2. Marketing Automation & Workflows

Lead & Funnel Automation

  • Design and implement automation workflows for:
  • Lead capture (forms, landing pages)
  • Lead scoring & segmentation
  • Email / WhatsApp / CRM follow-ups
  • Automate user journeys from:
  • First visit → lead → nurture → conversion

Tools & Integrations

  • Set up and manage automation using tools like:
  • HubSpot / Zoho / Salesforce (CRM)
  • Zapier / Make
  • Email marketing tools
  • WhatsApp automation platforms
  • Integrate website, CRM, ads, and analytics systems

Reporting & Optimization

  • Automate dashboards for:
  • SEO performance
  • Lead funnel metrics
  • Conversion tracking
  • Reduce manual reporting using automated data pipelines
  • Continuously optimize workflows for speed and accuracy

3. Analytics & Performance Tracking

  • Track and analyze:
  • Organic traffic growth
  • Keyword performance
  • Conversion rates
  • Funnel drop-offs
  • Use insights to improve SEO strategy and automation flows
  • Support leadership with data-backed growth insights

Skills Required

SEO Skills (Must-Have)

  • Strong understanding of:
  • Technical SEO
  • On-page & off-page SEO
  • Keyword research & content optimization
  • Hands-on experience with tools like:
  • Google Search Console
  • Google Analytics (GA4)
  • Ahrefs / SEMrush / Screaming Frog
  • Ability to rank pages in competitive categories

Automation & Tech Skills

  • Experience with marketing automation & CRM workflows
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of:
  • Zapier / Make
  • CRM automation
  • Form-to-CRM integrations
  • Ability to design end-to-end automated funnels

Data & Process Thinking

  • Strong analytical mindset
  • Comfortable working with metrics, dashboards, and funnels
  • Ability to simplify complex workflows into scalable systems

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • Certifications in SEO / Digital Marketing / Automation tools are a plus

Experience Required

  • 5–7 years of experience in SEO, Growth Marketing, or Automation
  • Proven experience driving organic traffic growth at scale
  • Experience working in EdTech, Education, SaaS, or D2C brands preferred
  • Demonstrated success in building automated lead funnels
