Job Description

Develop detailed project baseline and progress schedules in accordance with project delivery process and scheduling requirements.

▪ Work with Project Managers and Project Engineers to identify schedule issues early

and assist in resolutions.

▪ Develop and maintain the engineering resource plan,

▪ Work closely with Project Managers to prepare detailed baseline programme/

schedules based on the Work Breakdown Structure and provide

weekly/fortnightly/monthly progress reporting.

▪ Prepare Work Breakdown Structure with detailed task mapping and

interdependencies.

▪ Implement Earned Value Management measurement and analysis practices for

projects as required.

▪ Provide documentation and mentoring to the Project Management team to support

Earned Value Management implementation.POSITION DESCRIPTIONESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Function Task description▪ Communicate project schedule data as required.

▪ Work closely with Project Managers to ensure agreed schedules are being met.

▪ Identify potential risks and delays in project schedules and develop contingency

plans to mitigate these risks.

▪ Collaborate with Project Teams on potential schedule impacts.Analytical and

Statistical

Reporting▪ Prepare master and summary schedules.

▪ Set, review and report of weekly milestones.

▪ Analyse schedule impacts and changes and develop recovery plans.

▪ Participate in the review and analysis of project plans for projects, engineering,

fabrication and commissioning.

▪ Prepare ‘what if’ scenarios to address production or construction delays.Communication,

Consultation &

Collaboration▪ Maintain regular communication with and influence the Project and Proposal teams.

▪ Liaise with Project, Engineering, Fabrication and Commissioning personnel to

update resource plans and reports.

▪ Assist in the preparation of tender submissions by providing relevant information as

required.

▪ Work collaboratively with Estimation and Procurement to achieve effective

production plans/schedules.Continuous

innovative solutions which aid business growth.

▪ Participate in continuous improvement activities and programs across the

organisation, in particular Lessons Learned and opportunities for improvement to

ensure past project learnings are used.

▪ Working with others in the business, initiate and develop new ideas, contribute to

continuous improvement initiatives aimed at QHSE, other internal processes,

development and implementation of new ideas (processes, products, services), and

improvement competitiveness and overall market recognition.

▪ Assist in the review of work processes and procedures and streamline them to

assist with routine workflow.

▪ Actively participate in professional developmentSafety, Quality &

Compliance▪ Encourage and foster a strong QHSE culture in the Team.

▪ Ensure all activities are undertaken in a safe manner by understanding risks and

hazards that may be exposed while preforming your roles (safety in office, while
