Position Title: Sales offers / Sales executive /Area Sales Manager.

Location: Kerala- Kochi/ Tamil Nadu -Madurai /Karnataka -Mangalore /Andhra Pradesh -Vijayawada.

Candidate Requirements

Experience: 3 to 10 years

Education: Any science Graduate (Chemistry background preferred) B.Sc / M.Sc / D.Pharm / B.Pharm

Skills: Outline the key stakeholders and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) identified for lead generation and meeting coordination. To ensure effective protocol setting and product adoption, we should focus on the following groups:

  • Infection Control / IPC Team: Responsible for setting disinfection protocols.
  • Microbiologists / Hospital Epidemiologists: Provide advice on product efficacy.
  • Nursing / Department Heads: Influence product use at the ward level.
  • Procurement / Purchase Committee: Finalize and approve buying decisions.
  • Housekeeping / Environmental Services Managers: Supervise cleaning staff and implementation.
  • Lab Managers & QA/Safety Officers: Ensure overall safety and compliance.

Age Limit: Up to 45 years

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days maximum

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: Based on the market and skills (Fixed, based on CTC and interview performance)

Other Benefits: Incentives + TA based on the business.

Interview Process: Two to three rounds of interviews (virtual via VC and in-person).

Reporting to: Regional Sales Manager

Requirement: Must have a personal vehicle and be willing to travel.

Role Overview

This role focuses on the development of corporate sales and trade business within the Kerala region. The manager will act as a bridge between internal departments and external healthcare stakeholders to meet monthly and yearly business plans.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Achievement: Achieve monthly and yearly primary and secondary sales targets as per the business plan.

Business Development: Develop corporate sales and expand existing business within the healthcare sector.

Hospital Operations: Deal with various government hospitals and departments; analyze specific hospital requirements and prospects.

Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate with internal departments for document completion and management reporting.

Financial Oversight: Manage and coordinate the collection of payments.

Stakeholder Relations: Build lasting relationships with external parties, including suppliers and distributors.

Authorities & Skills

Authorities: Empowered to identify customers, conduct negotiations, and finalize sales.

Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze business processes and market trends.

Leadership: Must be a result-oriented individual leader with team management experience.

Communication: Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal communication skills
