Machining Process Engineer trainee

 Collaborate with production & QC teams to align technical

capabilities with customer requirements

 Align with seniors for updating & implementing corrective

and preventive actions (CAPA).

 Update & review the tool management data. (tool life,

consumption etc…)

 Work closely with cross-functional teams, including quality

control, production, maintenance, and R&D, to ensure

smooth production flow and the successful integration of

new technologies.

 Maintain up-to-date documentation of all process

procedures, adjustments, and project validation activities,

ensuring compliance with safety, environmental

requirements.

Your Experience and QualificationMAHLE internal

(CL2) BE/B. Tech. (Mech/Manufacturing engineering/Material)

 Minimum 0 -1 years’ experience in Machining shop.

 Knowledge of GD&T & drawings

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

 Ability to operate the Computer & handle the application

software like Excel, word, Power point presentation, etc..

 Understanding of tooling geometry-specification and tool

wear mechanisms.

 Data analysis skills for troubleshooting

 Ability to handle Autocad software

 Aware the geometrical terms like roundness, taper,

parallelism, roughness etc…
