Industrial Engineering - AM/DM

 Lead and manage the Industrial Engineering team, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and

performance evaluations.

 Establish, monitor, and improve production norms for all manufacturing processes viz. Slitting,

Blanking, Notching, Assembly, Packing, Die-casting, Loading, unloading etc.

 Analyze production processes, workflow, and layout to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and

increase throughput.

 Set-up matrix for OEE, manpower and plant utilization.

 Develop and implement Time studies, work studies, ergonomics study, line balancing &

debottlenecking, and work measurement systems, value stream mapping to optimize productivity.

 Review / improve layouts with focus on prime space utilization and optimizing material handling/

reducing touch points.

 Drive Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement initiatives across the

plant.

 Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain) to

support new product introductions and process improvements.

 Manage capital projects including cost justification, ROI analysis, and implementation planning.

 Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to efficiency, productivity, and cost

savings.

 Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.

 Utilize data analysis tools and software (e.g., AutoCAD, ERP systems, simulation tools) for process

optimization.

 Lead change management efforts related to new technologies, systems, or process changes.

Education Background:

 B.Tech/Diploma in Industrial Engineering with Min 8 ~ 15 years’ experience from reputed

Manufacturing industries.
