Job Title: Deputy Manager / Manager Administration

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Deputy Manager / Manager – Administration to oversee end-to-end administrative operations at the plant. The candidate will be responsible for managing facilities, vendors, employee services, and ensuring statutory compliance while maintaining cost efficiency and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle general administration activities across the plant
• Manage canteen operations, ensuring quality, hygiene, and vendor coordination
• Oversee facility management, including infrastructure maintenance and utilities
• Supervise security, transport, and housekeeping services
• Lead vendor management, including selection, negotiation, and performance monitoring
• Ensure adherence to statutory compliance (labour laws, audits, licenses, registers, etc.)
• Plan and monitor administration budgets, ensuring cost control and optimization
• Organize events, meetings, and guest management at the plant level
• Provide employee support services and ensure a smooth workplace experience
• Prepare and maintain MIS reports, documentation, and audit records

Key Requirements:

• 6–10 years of experience in plant administration, preferably in a manufacturing setup
• Strong exposure to facility management, vendor handling, and compliance
• Experience in managing multiple admin functions (canteen, transport, security, etc.)
• Knowledge of budgeting and cost control
• Excellent coordination, leadership, and communication skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic plant environment

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in large manufacturing plants
• Strong understanding of statutory and labour compliance
• Exposure to ERP/Admin management systems

Education

Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM preferred)
