Job Description
We are looking for a seasoned Motion Graphic Designer to join our creative team. With 6 to 12 years of experience, you aren’t just an animator; you’re a visual storyteller who understands the rhythm of motion and the nuances of brand strategy. You will lead high-level projects from initial storyboard to final render, ensuring every frame aligns with our creative vision.
What You’ll Do
Concept & Strategy: Collaborate with art directors and stakeholders to transform complex ideas into engaging visual narratives.
High-End Execution: Create sophisticated 2D and 3D animations for digital campaigns, product launches, social media, and internal communications.
Storyboarding: Sketch and develop detailed style frames and storyboards that clearly communicate the "vision" before production begins.
Mentorship: Guide junior designers, providing technical feedback and helping them elevate their motion design skills.
Brand Stewardship: Maintain and evolve our motion brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
Technical Optimization: Stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and plugins to streamline workflows and improve output quality.
What We’re Looking For-
The Portfolio: A killer reel showcasing high-end motion work, fluid transitions, and a deep understanding of physics, weight, and timing.
Software Mastery: Expert-level skills in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro. Proficiency in Cinema 4D (or equivalent 3D software) is highly preferred.
Design Fundamentals: A strong background in typography, layout, and color theory—your static designs should be as strong as your animations.
Leadership Maturity: Experience managing timelines, juggling multiple high-priority projects, and communicating effectively with non-creative teams.
Problem Solver: Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and find creative workarounds under tight deadlines.
