Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Food and Beverage Associate located in Ahmedabad. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area, and adhering to health and safety standards. The role will also involve engaging with guests to ensure a positive dining experience and supporting team members in other food and beverage operations as needed.

Qualifications

• Hotel Management Degree/ Diploma
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
• Experience in Food Service and ensuring guest satisfaction
• Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a tea
• Prior experience in the hospitality sector is a plus
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays
