Performance Marketing & Brand Growth Specialist

We are looking for a creative and performance-driven marketing professional to help grow our luxury villa and Airbnb business across digital platforms.

This is a remote role and we are open to working with both full-time professionals and skilled freelancers/consultants who understand premium hospitality branding and modern digital marketing.

What You’ll Be Working On

• ⁠ ⁠Managing and growing our social media presence across platforms
• ⁠ ⁠Planning and creating premium-quality content and creatives
• ⁠ ⁠Running and optimizing Meta and Google ad campaigns
• ⁠ ⁠Building and improving SEO strategy for long-term organic growth
• ⁠ ⁠Creating marketing funnels that convert high-intent audiences
• ⁠ ⁠Working on storytelling-led campaigns that position experiences, not just properties
• ⁠ ⁠Retargeting engaged audiences strategically to improve conversion quality
• ⁠ ⁠Maintaining consistency across ads, landing pages, communication, and brand positioning

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who understands that luxury hospitality marketing is very different from generic real estate advertising.

The ideal person should

• ⁠ ⁠Have a strong eye for premium visual communication and brand positioning
• ⁠ ⁠Understand performance marketing deeply — not just content creation
• ⁠ ⁠Think strategically about lead quality, customer intent, and conversion behavior
• ⁠ ⁠Know how to create different creatives for awareness, retargeting, and lead generation
• ⁠ ⁠Be proactive with ideas, campaign improvements, and growth suggestions
• ⁠ ⁠Understand how to hook attention quickly within the first few seconds of ads and reels
• ⁠ ⁠Be able to repurpose existing content intelligently and maximize performance from available assets
• ⁠ ⁠Adapt content strategy based on platform behavior instead of using identical formats everywhere
• ⁠ ⁠Use analytics and campaign data to guide creative decisions
