About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced, professional, and stable Email Marketing Specialist / Lead with strong expertise in Klaviyo and Paid Media. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience working with the US market and should be comfortable working in US time zones.

This role requires a mature candidate who understands performance marketing, customer lifecycle management, email automation, retention strategies, and paid media execution.

Key Requirements

8–10+ years of relevant experience in Email Marketing & Paid Media Strong expertise in Klaviyo

Proven experience managing campaigns for the US Market Comfortable working in US Shifts / US Timings

Strong understanding of:

Email Automation Customer Journeys

Audience Segmentation Retention Marketing

Performance Marketing Paid Media Campaigns

Ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize ROI Professional communication and leadership skills

Looking for a mature, stable, and long-term candidate

Preferred Skills

Experience with Shopify / E-commerce brands Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Retargeting

Strong analytical and reporting capabilities Team handling or leadership experience is a plus
