Position: Drupal Themer (Front End Developer) Location: Hybrid - St Paul, MN Duration: 12 Months Job Summary

• Develop front-end components for web applications, primarily using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Customize and develop themes in Drupal CMS, implementing responsive, mobile-friendly, and accessible web designs.
• Apply accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 Level AA, Section 508) in all web projects.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes and mockups into functional websites.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and performance optimization of web interfaces.
• Support role-based content display and password-protected areas.
• Utilize Drupal features such as Twig templating, content types, Views, and configuration management.
• Adhere to State or government branding and IT security standards in all web implementations.
• Work in an Agile development environment, contributing to government and public-sector projects.
• Engage in CX discovery and analysis to cater to websites with diverse audiences.
• Implement AI-powered or advanced search functionalities within Drupal environments.
• Provide support and development for government websites, ensuring compliance and best practices.
