Position : Logistics & Dispatch Executive

Location : Shamshabad, Hyderabad

Job Type: Full-time (In-Person)

Join our fast-growing food manufacturing company and play a key role in ensuring our products reach customers efficiently and on time. We're looking for a detail-oriented Logistics & Dispatch Executive who thrives in a fast-paced operations environment.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate daily dispatches and outbound logistics
Manage sample shipments and courier coordination
Liaise with transporters, warehouses, and delivery partners
Maintain accurate dispatch records and inventory movement
Ensure timely deliveries with complete documentation
Track shipments and resolve logistics-related issues
Support warehouse operations to ensure smooth dispatch processes

Requirements

Experience in logistics, dispatch, warehouse, or supply chain operations
Strong organizational and coordination skills
Good communication skills
Proficiency in MS Excel is preferred
Experience in the food or FMCG industry is an advantage
