Position Overview

As an MS Dynamics CRM Techno-Functional Consultat at R Systems, you will lead end-to-end CRM projects within the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem, from requirement gathering to solution design, implementation, and stakeholder management. With 7–10 years of relevant experience, you will combine technical expertise and functional consulting skills to deliver impactful CRM solutions, enhance client operations, and contribute to the growth and success of R Systems.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with clients to gather, analyze, and document their business requirements, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their CRM needs within the MS Dynamics ecosystem.

2. Solution Design & Implementation: Design and implement techno-functional solutions on MS CRM Dynamics that meet client specifications. Create detailed project plans outlining timelines and key deliverables.

3. Field Service Management: Oversee and optimize field service operations within the CRM platform, ensuring that service delivery aligns with client expectations and operational standards.

4. Project Operations: Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initiation through planning, execution, and closure, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

5. Integration & Customization: Deliver customized solutions and integrations to existing systems, ensuring seamless operation of MS CRM Dynamics with other platforms and tools used by the client.

6. Training & Support: Provide training and support to client teams on the Salesforce CRM system, creating user manuals and documentation to facilitate knowledge transfer and enhance user competency.

7. Change Management: Assist clients in managing change during the implementation process, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruptions to existing operations.

8. Technical Expertise: Leverage deep technical knowledge of MS CRM Dynamics to troubleshoot issues, provide solutions, and suggest enhancements to improve system functionality.

9. Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain regular communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring transparency and alignment with project goals.

10. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in MS CRM Dynamics and related technologies; proactively suggest improvements to client systems and processes to enhance performance.

Experience

  • A minimum of 7 years and a maximum of 10 years of relevant experience in similar roles, demonstrating a balanced combination of technical and functional expertise within MS CRM Dynamics and project operations.
